Hawley Realty Inc (01/04/2010) - Hawley Realty Inks 4 Industrial Deals totaling 186,000+ Sq. Ft. in the Lehigh Valley Region. Paul Weiss, Associate Broker with Hawley Realty Inc. represented the buyer for the purchase of a 65,000 SF manufacturing plant situated on 8+ acres. Amy Hawley SIOR represented the Seller Arneg USA. Kitchen Magic, from Phillipsburg, NJ purchased the building as part of their expansion plans into our region. Approximately 140 employees will be located at this new facility. Kitchen Magic was named #19 of 500 National remodeling firms in the U.S. for 2009. Paul Weiss recently consummated a lease with a start up plastic products recycling firm for 50,000 SF in Easton, PA. He represented both tenant and landlord. Fluoro Seal Corp. leased a 50,000 SF industrial unit near the LVIA Regional Airport through Paul Weiss. The aggregate value of that transaction is $1,257,250. In a fourth transaction, Mr. Weiss represented the landlord for the renewal and expansion of Alside Supply into a 21,600 square foot rental unit.
