Phil Earley, a principal with Lieberman Earley & Company in Wayne, PA., was the sole agent who represented the owner, Andrews Bridge Associates III, LP, in this transaction.

The aggregate rental of the lease is in excess of $200,000.

According to Phil, "Strategic Wealth Management Advisors, LLC, provides ongoing financial advice and personal service to a select group of individuals and their families. Their services cover all areas of financial management from investment and retirement planning to risk management."
