Beacon Completes Four Lease Transactions Totaling 18,708 SF

Beacon Commercial Real Estate (03/05/2010) - RADNOR, PA  Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce the completion of four lease transactions totaling 18,708 SF. The transactions consist of the following:

· Astrum Solar, a full-service designer and seller of solar panel systems for homes, leased 5,976 SF of flex space at 705 General Washington Avenue in Norristown, PA. This is a new office location for Astrum Solar who plans to be up and running by March 1 of this year.

Beacons Gene McHale and Steve Compton represented the Landlord, The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc., while Paul Wierzel of NAI Mertz represented the tenant.

· Nancy Ezold, Esquire, renewed her lease at One Belmont Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA for 2,457 SF of office space.

Gene McHale represented the landlord, Maguire & Partners, and Michael Maloney of NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. represented the tenant.

· Aztec Solar Power, LLC, subleased a 9,088 SF office space at Chesterbrook Corporate Center in Wayne, PA. Aztec Solar Power is a leader in residential and commercial solar applications in the Philadelphia area.

Gene McHale and Colin McHale of Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Kevin McShea of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublandlord, in the transaction.

· Catholic Medical Association signed a 1,187 SF office deal at 29 Bala Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA. They will be relocating their office from Lancaster Avenue in Wynnewood, PA.

Gene McHale and Colin McHale represented the tenant, while Stuart Dessner of Prime Real Estate represented the landlord.
